| All the candidates of "B' Level (final project) and C Level are required to get the approval of their synopsis and the guide before commencement of the project. The Guide for B Level would be person having MCA / B.Tech with 5 years experience in IT. A C Level Guide would be M.Tech with 3 years experience in IT field. Students are required to send the bio-data of the Guide along with the Synopsis to DOEACC Society. In case the proposed guide is not acceptable to the Experts of DOEACC the student shall be advised to change the Guide before the proposal is considered for approval. |
| A supervisor cannot guide more than four students of DOEACC course at a given time. |

Time for submission of the B Level (Final) Project
Synopsis
|
| The Synopsis of the B Level Final Project (as per Performa at Annexure III) may be submitted when the candidate have qualified at least 15 papers and have appeared in the remaining papers of the 4th semester. |
| For submission of the Project, the students must have cleared 20 papers at least and have appeared for the remaining 5 papers. |
| The B Level Projects would be approximately 500 man-hours and carries a total of 300 marks (80% for project evaluation and 20% for viva-voce. |

Time for submission of the C Level Project Synopsis

| Similarly, the Synopsis for C Level Project may be submitted ( as per the Performa given at Annexure III ) when the candidate has cleared at least 9 papers and has appeared in the remaining papers of the 4th Semester of C Level |
| For submission of the Project, the students must have cleared 12 papers and have appeared for the remaining papers of the 5th semester |
| The C Level Project would be approximately 135 man-hours carried a total of 300 marks (80% for project evaluation and 20% for viva-voce. |
